Experienced Construction Project Manager required for a large interior refurbishment / facilities management contractor in Manchester.
Working on commercial office block interior fit outs the correct candidate will ideally come from a trades / interior fit out background and be able to provide relevant up to date cv, previous work references and associated.
Must hold in date SMSTS, 1st Aid Certification and CSCS skills card to management level. Must have own transport as although site/s will predominantly be in Manchester occasional requirements may involve other North West based site locations.
Role will involve :
To develop and spcify project outputs aligned to client requirements and briefs.
Assist in pricing and developing project estimates in line with specifications.
Deliver small to mid scale projects unassigned, including full project management including contract administration duties for the contractor.
Collaborate with various site teams and hold meetings to develop project plans for upper level management prior to project start.
Efficiently procure goods and services and work comfortably with both internal and external resources as requried.
Ensure projects are delivered to the right cost and quality meeting the programme of works.
Work with project managers and wider team to manage large fit outsand ensure smooth handover to customers.
Permanent role / 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with overtime opportunies.
Package will involve :
Salary range of 45-50K per year depeending on experience.
