Project Administrator – Temp
Based in Sunderland fully on-site role
Full Time hours Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm (option to work until 6:00pm)
Temp role for 2 weeks providing holiday cover
Up to 15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Search Consultancy are currently working exclusively with one of our clients in the Construction industry to recruit this temporary role for their site based in Sunderland. This role is providing holiday cover for the Project Administrator already working on-site.
This is an URGENT START role as a handover is planned for the successful candidate on Thursday 13th June, immediately available candidates only please!
Duties involved in this role will include:
Coordinating labour & workers on site
Completing timesheets for a workforce of circa 40 staff
Management of the site office in terms of general Administration
Ensuring documents are properly filed & records are held appropriately
Various ad hoc administration duties as required/directed
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
Previous experience within an administration role – this experience is essential
Solid IT Skills including the full MS Office suite
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organisation, attention to detail & time management skills, with the ability to prioritise & complete your workload effectively
