A leading boutique private equity firm is looking for a number of Team Assistants to cover holiday within the PA team during February and March.

This is an on-site role working in stunning offices, which involves a lot of diary management.

Duties:

1. Diary management for a fast-paced team of investment directors
2. Calendar and meeting management
3. Gatekeeping, inbox management, and phone support
4. Client liaison, correspondence, and lunch arrangements
5. Full administrative support

Hours:

9am – 5.30pm with full handover day.

They are looking for someone to do other ad hoc work for them moving forward, so this could suit a freelancer who wants to dip in from time to time.
