Due to ongoing growth, my client is looking for a Print Finisher. Based in Peterborough, they are the UK s leading marketing and communications company within the print industry

The Role:

• Produce work to the highest standards, obtaining maximum output and ensuring procedures and pass sheets are followed at all times
• To communicate with the litho manager in a timely manner
• Liaise with fellow operators for handovers / any arising issues
• Keeping a clean and tidy workspace at all times
• Completion of any relevant worksheets and accurate recording of KPI’s
• To gain an understanding of the Management Information Systems and use them accurately to report back to the planning department.

The Candidate

• A successful proven record and experience within print finishing
• Have experience operating polar guillotine, folding (MBO, Stahl) , stitching , laminating, creasing, pressure seal etc.
• Has the ability to manage expectations around timescales and deliverables
• Can work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently
• Has a proactive approach to work
• Can communicate effectively and build rapport with all departments.
