Plumber Multi Trade required in the Eastleigh, Southampton, Andover and surrounding area required to work on maintenance of domestic social housing properties.

This role will start out on a temp basis for 3 months then turn into a permanent position direct with the contractor.

£36,691 per annum + van and fuel card + holiday and benefits with a very busy contractor, securing you ongoing work throughout your career.

Plumber Multi Day to Day:

• Maintenance and repairs work on social housing properties
• Upgrades to Kitchens and Bathrooms
• Completing a range of repairs tasks varying daily
• Driving to jobs in your designated area
• Writing up about your work
• Reporting to a Supervisor

Plumber Multi Requirements:

• Good plumbing experience
• Good multi trade experience
• Previous experience working in social housing
• NVQ in Plumbing (desirable not essential)
• Positive attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK driving license
