We have several new contracts on across East London for a Handyman / Multitrader / Dryliner / Plasterer. If you are coming to the end of your contract or immediately available we would really like to hear from you.
Position: Plasterboard Tacker
Location: East London (around Stratford)
Contract type: Freelance
Start date: August 2020
Salary/Rate: Upto £150 per day

A long established family construction company specialising in refurb and extention projects
The Project
refurbishment and change of use to several properties
The Role
As the Handyman / Multitrader / dryliner / tacker / plasterer on the project you will be responsible for:
Working under the supervision and management of the Project Manager, Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager.
On occasions working in occupied properties as well plots under construction.
Receiving snag lists / defects lists each day and completing required remedial works which will include patch plastering, mastic, calking, tacking, dot and dab, ceiling fixing, drylining, tacking.
Checking drawings and setting out works to be completed.
Handing back snag sheets each day to show works completed.
About You
You will need a current and valid CSCS card.
Own a selection of hand tools and power tools.
Good written and verbal communication skills as this will be a customer facing role.
