With a focus on building strong relationships with clients, they are committed to delivering excellence in every aspect of their work.Position Overview: Collaborating with Emma at TN Recruits Law, they are actively seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Family Legal Secretary to join their dynamic team. This is a position that offers the opportunity to work alongside talented professionals in a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Audio dictation and transcription
- Bundle preparation and organisation
- Coordinating and managing diaries for fee-earners
- Maintaining client files with accuracy and attention to detail
- Liaising effectively with fee-earners and other team members
- General legal secretarial duties to support the smooth operation of the department
- Reception overflow duties, including handling initial calls and enquiries from clients
- Working collaboratively with another secretary to support two fee-earners
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a legal secretarial role, with a focus on family law preferred
- Proficiency in audio dictation and transcription
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Friendly and outgoing personality, with a customer-focused approach
