Our client based in Tonbridge, Kent are seeking a proactive and people driven Office Manager to join the team.
They are a culture driven business who are going through an impressive stage of expansion and looking for an Office Manager to be the heart of the business.
You’ll be working with the Head of people, HR and Operations Manager to keep the office running smoothly.

Office Operations: Keep the office running smoothly by managing supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Team Support: Be the go-to person for the awesome team, assisting with scheduling, travel arrangements, and event planning.
Culture Ambassador: Help organise fun and engaging team-building activities, wellness programs, and company events.
Innovative Solutions: Implement new ideas and technologies to improve office efficiency and employee experience.
Space Management: Maintain a clean, organised, and inspiring workspace that reflects the company’s culture and values.
Admin Support: Support the People and Culture team with admin tasks, filing and safeguarding of important information
What you’ll need:
Ideally you’ll be a driver for this position due to the nature of the work and office location.
A bit about the company
A leading 3PL with over 10 years experience supporting ecommerce brands with their logistics. They’ve processed over 3Million orders in the last 12 months and have major contracts with the likes of Amazon and TikTok. They’re growing and expanding their Kent warehouse/office space so an important and pivotal time to join the business and make your mark!
