I am currently recruiting for an office administrator, to help support my client initially on a temporary contract however, the possibility of becoming permanent.
This role is held within a small team and the ideal candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic and keen to learn.
Day to day life as an Office Administrator –
Answering telephone calls and queries – directing calls to the relevant departments.
Maintaining filing and storage systems within the office.
Maintaining and monitoring office stock; ordering extra supplies when necessary.
General administrative tasks and supporting the team with projects when needed.
Requirements to work as an Office Administrator –
Strong attention to detail.
Confident communication skills, both via email and over the phone.
Ability to work well independently as well as within a team.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Previous experience within an office administration role is desired however, not essential.
Extra information for the Office Administrator position –
Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30
£12.48 per hour.
Potential to be kept on a permanent basis.
