This is a temporary role for the duration of 4 months, with the potential opportunity for it to be extended.
Carrington West is recruiting an Office Administrator to support a busy planning team within their Welding unit.
As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for checking the Network Rail portal daily, receiving and accepting purchase orders as well as raising invoices for payment.
Other responsibilities will include:
Liaising with planning team prior to accepting PO’s from the COOM’s system
Managing the organisation of all administration.
Raising invoices and apply for payment.
Accurate data inputting and updating records.
Producing reports and daily use of Excel.
To be considered for this role, the Office Administrator will:
Ideally have worked within the rail / civils industry and understand COOM’s
Prepare applications were required.
Compiling and invoicing Site Paperwork
Producing reports for the commercial teamHave excellent organizational and time-management skills
PC literate – including Word and Excel
Attention to detail
