What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive the project handover process, ensuring all documentation is complete and quality standards are met.
• Attend key meetings, monitor progress, and proactively address challenges to keep projects on track.
• Be a visible leader on-site, ensuring work is progressing efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate with client teams, consultants, and contractors to manage snagging activities and schedules.
• Identify potential risks and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues effectively.
• Implement and refine project processes to optimize efficiency and delivery.
• Work closely with vendors to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Review project variations, delays, and technical submissions to ensure compliance with client specifications.

What You Bring:

• Project management certification
• Experience managing projects in the data centre sector.
• A degree or equivalent experience in construction, safety, or a related field.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
