Multitrader – with plastering

My Client is currently looking for a Multi Trader on a permanent basis to carry out repairs to occupied and void properties within the Kent/Sussex area. Ideally you will be based in West Kent
Duties will include Plastering, with experience in all back grounds and can work with all types of materials (render, hard-wall, bonding and multi finish) and know the correct materials for its application. You will also have experience in carpentry repairs, plumbing repairs , tiling and painting

A van will be provided, along with a mobile phone and a fuel card

Social Housing experience is required for this role

This will be a 42.5 hour week, call outs rota is optional too
