Workman’s Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded and long-established Social Housing Contractor renowned for its exceptional service in offering building maintenance and construction services to housing associations, councils, and the education sector for over the last 80 years in London and surrounding home counties.

You will need an experienced background in planned repairs and maintenance of domestic properties in the social housing sector. You will be undertaking repairs across a variety of properties across Kent and Sussex areas.

Responsibilities:

• Carpentry
• Pointing
• Plastering
• Rendering
• Painting & Decorating
• Logging and Signing Works Via a PDA System
• Liaising with tenants, contractors, and clients

Requirements:

• Full UK Driver’s License
• Previous experience in social housing/residential construction
• Strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
