Responsibilities:

• Conduct vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance tasks efficiently on a wide range of vehicles including passenger vehicles and LCVs.
• Perform routine inspections and follow service schedules
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualified
• Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults
• Main dealer experience.
• Knowledge of how warranty write ups and processes work
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
