Location: Rochester

Salary: + £400 Guaranteed Commission first 4 months OTE £25, 000 – £32, 000

Hours of Work: Monday Thursday 08 00, 16:30 finish Fridays, 10 00 every third Tuesday of the month.

They are now looking to enhance their team in Dartford and are looking for a driven Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join them.

Job Specifications

• Contact and build great relationships with clients from varying warm leads
• Book in quality appointments resulting in additional mortgage & protection business for the company
• Nurture your leads to provide a positive customer experience from start to finish
• Meet and exceed targets relating to appointments and mortgage sign ups
• Liaise with Mortgage Advisors to book clients in for general Mortgage reviews
• Maintain a compliant service in line with the necessary authorities requirements
• Update records using our computer software
• Work with your colleagues in Direct Sales to boost business
