Talent Guardian is seeking highly motivated individuals with exceptional customer service skills to join a dynamic company in Maidstone. Talent Guardian are looking for a Mortgage Admin to join the Pre-Offer Case Management team.

As a Mortgage Adminstrator, you will play a crucial role in processing mortgage applications through to the point of offer. You will work closely with Sales, Risk, and Underwriting teams to ensure applications are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and Mortgage Brokers, acting as the main point of contact for queries throughout the mortgage application process.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to calls and enquiries, keeping stakeholders informed and addressing any issues that arise.
• Accurately input, update, and manage application data, ensuring smooth progression from application to offer.
• Coordinate with Underwriting and external valuation firms to meet application requirements and ensure reports are aligned with business needs.
• Monitor application progress through the dashboard, managing tasks effectively and escalating complex issues to the Line Manager when necessary.
• Handle communication with all relevant parties, including phone calls and emails from brokers, valuers, and solicitors.

Working Monday to Friday 8:30am 5:30pm.
