MEP Revit/CAD Technician – Canterbury

SSA are currently working with a leading M&E company to find a MEP Revit/CAD Technician. The role is located near Canterbury and will require the candidate to be capable of travelling here every day initially working on a specific project developing Stage 4C/5 Drawings.

Day to day tasks for the candidate will consist of:
– Generating 2D and 3D models of projects using input from existing drawings, models, surveys, and inputs from the wider project team.
– Development of models and periodic reviews with the project Team including clash detection, ALM, HAZOP, etc.
– Generating drawings from the above models managing the issuing of these internally.
– Internal QA and review.

Ideal candidate:
– experience in Revit MEPH & Fabrication Software, Navisworks Manage, AutoCad MEPH, MS Office products and above all be able to produce fully co-ordinated working drawings to a high standard of presentation for installation purposes.
– Applicants MUST have experience of Building Services Co-ordination.
– Applicants must have their own transport.

Salary Circa £35k-£45k
