Mechanical Project Manager Residential Development (North West London)
£75,000 + Travel + Bonus
We re working on behalf of a medium-sized M&E contractor that is entering an exciting growth phase. As part of their expanding pipeline, they re looking to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager to take full ownership of a residential development in North West London, from pre-construction through to delivery and handover.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a mechanical background to step into a leadership role with clear progression towards Contracts Manager within the next 1 2 years.
The Role:

• Lead the mechanical package across all phases of a residential project
• Oversee planning, coordination, procurement, and subcontractor management
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure project milestones are hit in terms of programme, budget, and quality
• Uphold all health & safety and compliance standards on site
• Liaise with clients and consultants, providing technical and progress updates
• Deliver seamless handover, O&M manuals and close-out documentation

What You ll Be Doing:

• Pre-construction phase (4 weeks based in the Essex office)
• Full-time site presence from delivery onwards (site based in North West London)
• Working closely with senior leadership to ensure project success
• Taking ownership of your own projects and preparing for broader responsibility

What We re Looking For:

• Proven experience delivering mechanical packages on residential or mixed-use schemes
• Strong technical knowledge of building services systems
• Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors and communicate effectively
• Highly organised with a strong focus on quality and programme
• Ambition to grow within a company and step into a Contracts Manager role
