Marketing Manager
Location: Basingstoke

This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of office and home working, with three days per week in the office and two from home. Based in Basingstoke, this position is within an established SME known for its innovative solutions and a team of approximately 25 staff. With over 25 years in the industry, the company is entering an exciting growth phase, offering the ideal opportunity for a marketer eager to make a real impact.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy: Lead and execute marketing plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Content Creation: Develop diverse content across channels to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
• Digital Marketing: Manage websites, social media, and paid advertising to drive engagement and conversions.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute webinars, trade shows, and other promotional events.
• Reporting & Analysis: Monitor marketing performance and provide regular updates to leadership.

What Experience is Required:

• Proven marketing experience, ideally within the Contact Centre or SaaS sectors.
• Proficiency in HubSpot, including workflows and analytical reporting.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital marketing best practices.

Location:

The office is located in Basingstoke and is easily commutable from Winchester, Reading, Andover, and Newbury. Due to the rural location, access to a car is essential.
