An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experience and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our client s marketing team on a 12-month FTC.

The ideal candidate will be ambitious, driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Duties for this role include but are not limited to:

• Lead and oversee all marketing initiatives, ensuring clear communication and efficient execution throughout each project
• Manage SEO strategies and website updates to maximise online visibility
• Develop fresh ideas and content for a variety of platforms, including the company website, case studies, PR materials, and newsletters
• Analyse and track campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for future marketing activities
• Coordinate and create presentations for both internal and external stakeholders
• Plan and oversee media buying for the UK, Ireland, and international markets, ensuring creative development of effective campaigns
• Oversee the launch of new products and brochures, contributing to creative copywriting, design, and coordination with external providers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating deals to maximise value
• Propose and manage budgets for marketing activities
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, including recruitment, goal setting, performance reviews, and progress meetings

The successful candidate for this role will have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Photoshop and InDesign
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Positive, adaptable mindset
• Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Creative problem-solving skills
