Essential Requirements

• Previous experience in planned maintenance and repair in buildings
• Good Plumbing experience
• Experience of changing filters on air handling units
• Full UK driving licence
• Amesbury

Purpose of role:

To carry out straightforward planned and reactive mechanical maintenance work in a large commercial building located in Amesbury -including plumbing repair and maintenance, fault finding, testing water temperature, changing filters on air handling units etc.

38,000 per annum, Monday to Friday – Permanent Role
