Our client is recruiting for a Multiskilled Maintenance Electrician to join their estates team based in Weybridge.

The Estates team plays a vital role in maintaining the sites and ensuring a safe and secure environment for staff and students alike.

Responsibilities:

– Perform reactive maintenance on a portfolio of buildings within the Weybridge and Ashford campuses.
– Install electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, ensuring compliance with relevant codes of practice.
– Change lights, switches, ballasts, and perform emergency lighting tests.
– Conduct fire alarm tests, panel maintenance, telephone system rewiring and programming.
– Handle toilet furniture maintenance, blockage clearing, fan coil unit servicing, and filter changes.
– Carry out hot and cold water system maintenance, general fabric duties, and escorting subcontractors.

Key Requirements:

– Flexibility to visit the Ashford campus once a week.
