Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with lorry drivers to ensure timely, efficient loading, dispatch, and weighing of goods.
• Accurate documentation: Record all vehicles entering and leaving the site using CRM and paper systems.
• Serve as the go-to contact for drivers, providing clear updates and instructions.
• Monitor schedules for smooth handovers, optimizing loading and unloading efficiency.
• Conduct regular stock takes and report transport operations using internal systems.
• Ensure health and safety compliance through safety checks and product tests.
• Operate the weighbridge for accurate weighing of incoming and outgoing materials.

What You’ll Need:

• Logistics or distribution experience Weighbridge or similar background is a plus.
• Strong admin & numeracy skills for precise record-keeping.
• Health & safety knowledge to uphold high standards.
• FLT experience is a bonus but not essential.
• Ability to work at heights for compliance checks.
