The Company

This Logistics Manager’s role is with one of the UK’s leading main contractors. Operating across most sectors of the built environment they have established themselves as a market leader in the fit out and new build sectors. This specific role is within their new build logistics division where they construct large scale distribution and fulfilment centres.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced logistics manager who has experience of working on major £50m plus new build projects. The scheme itself is a new build distribution centre with a value of circa £80m for a high-profile retailer. You will be responsible for the day to day logistics management of the scheme including logistics planning, health and safety, access and traffic management, waste management, plant management etc.

The Plus Points

This is a 12-month contract position with a competitive rate of pay. The role is with a well know and leading main contractor. There may also be the opportunity to go permanent for the successful candidate
