Recruiting for a Lead Developer/Software Engineer/Infrastructure Team Lead, this is a great opportunity to utilise your skills, operating within a hybrid role – tech delivery, hands on and leading a team!

The Role:

We are seeking a motivated Development Team Lead (C#, .net, SQL) to join a dynamic team in a growing eCommerce business. Our client have multiple websites and have offices based in Folkestone. Part of your role will entail working on the maintenance and upkeep of the existing software suite, whilst also working on new applications as the company migrate away from legacy systems. This role is ideal for someone looking for an exciting opportunity in a growing business who is looking to make an immediate impact!

* Do you have previous experience as a Development Team Leader?

* Can you motivate a team of developers to deliver to schedule and ensure the timely delivery of a project?

* Can you design and develop web-based applications using the appropriate technology?

* Can you work within the development governance framework including adherence to Coding Guidelines, UI Guides, automated testing and code reviews?

About you (C#, .net, SQL):

Developers are expected to own the entire project life cycle and support from requirements gathering through to test. You should be an accomplished leader and have excellent communication skills to excel in the role. You will have experience of testing, refactoring and reporting and be a high-quality coder in your own right. You should be comfortable reviewing other developers code to ensure high coding standards are maintained.

This role offers attractive remuneration, with 20 days annual leave plus Christmas closure, free on site car parking and quarterly staff events.
