KYC Administrator – 12 month Fixed Term Contract

West Malling

£26,500

Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

My client is looking for an organised KYC Administrator with meticulous attention to detail to join their ever growing, busy team located in West Malling. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within Financial Services.

Duties of this role include:

• Undertaking KYC checks on all new accounts.
• Reviewing AML/KYC requirements of customer accounts.
• Reviewing documents received from customers and following up any missing documentation.
• Identifying and reporting anomalies or unusual activity.
• Carrying out appropriate searches on customers to identify potential risks.
• Liaising with customers; responding to enquiries, dealing with incoming and outgoing calls.
• Assisting with any other duties or tasks as required.

The successful candidate will have / be:

• Previous experience within Financial Services.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC would be a significant advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A methodical mindset.
• Computer literature; good understanding of MS Office.
• Ideally educated to GCSE Level or equivalent, with good grades in Maths and English.
