Our client is a leading manufacturer of Fastening Systems, along with other specialist products for the Building Envelope Market. A fantastic opportunity has opened for a Business Development Manager situated in the South East, with experience selling into the construction industry, predominantly selling into Main Contractors & Sub-Contractors.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded, ambitious individual looking to make the next step in their career with a progressive company that values its employees and invests in their futures. Previous experience within a similar role is essential; the right candidate will be comfortable dealing with clients at all levels and be able to work on projects cradle to grave.

The role requires a candidate with knowledge of the industry that is able to build a sustainable client base and build a presence in the market, with an aim towards further growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter looking for a challenge with a view of progression. Previous experience selling through the route to market is a must.

Personal qualities will include excellent communication skills, self-motivation and strong use of own-initiative.
