I am working with an established family owned and directed construction business which specialises in high end new build and refurbishment residential schemes across London and the south east.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Site Manager with an internal bias to join the site team on a 4-year development of a Grade II listed building into apartments in SW London.
Reporting into the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager you will oversee a single block of apartments from first fix through to handover.
Responsibilities:
Managing fit out of apartments including trades.
Overseeing project schedules and ensuring internal elements are completed on time.
Monitoring budgets to avoid overspend.
Supervising subcontractors.
Reporting on project progress to senior managers and stakeholders.
Conducting quality and safety inspections.
Ensuring work is finished to the agreed standards.
Maintaining quality control checks.
Coordinating teams.
Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise.
Signing off and handing completed work over to the client.
Suitable candidates will have 5 10 year s experience as a Site Manager and will be able to manage multiple trades at any one time.
On offer is a basic salary of between £60,000 – £65,000 per annum plus car allowance, pension, healthcare, 25 days annual leave, and bonus.
