Intermediate Mechanical Project Manager – number 2 to a lead project manager

£35,000 – £45,000 – Based on experience

Dartford Kent covering London

Well established M&E Sub-Contractor is currently searching for a Mechanical Project Manager to assist with commercial projects throughout London and the home counties.

You will have a track record of assisting lead project managers on the delivery of new build mechanical installations.

You may be a site manager that has a strong engineering capability, an eye for value engineering and experience in assisting financial decision but are now looking for the next step in your career. If that’s you this is it.

The role:

• Assist Pre-tender meetings

• You will manage the site schedule of work and site teams.

• Manage subcontractors.

• Value engineering and scoping work.

• Maintain relationships between clients, subcontractors, and partners.

• Estimations and variations as required

• Procurement
