Intec Select are an ambitious, market-leading technical resourcing organisation. Due to continued growth since establishment in 2016, we have exciting openings for experienced Recruitment Consultants at all levels to join us based at our Maidstone offices.

Work within a team of experienced recruitment consultants to build your own portfolio of clients developing trusted, effective, and mutually beneficial relationships. The Opportunity
- Excellent basic salaries up to £55K plus our market-leading commission structure pays 25-35% for 360 new business, successful Recruitment Consultants working at Intec will earn in excess of £100k per year.
- This is an exceptional opportunity to build upon your existing recruitment or sales experience
- Full technical training will be provided for candidates moving industry sector
- Have access to the UK’s leading job boards including Jobserve, Reed, CV-Library, CWJobs in addition to your own LinkedIn Recruiter account
- Be supported by team resourcers/researchers in the resourcing of vacancies
- Have the opportunity to progress into managerial positions and directorships which include increased base salaries and team overrides

- Successful candidates will either demonstrate proven experience working within recruitment or within a targeted sales environment.
