Our client, a reputable and well-established commercial insurance brokerage based in Cheadle, is seeking a highly motivated Insurance Sales Executive to join their successful team. With a strong reputation for providing exceptional insurance solutions to businesses, this brokerage is committed to delivering top-notch service and expert advice.

As an Insurance Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the brokerage. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts for the first 12 months, and ensuring a smooth transition to the renewals team. This position offers a competitive salary of up to 30,000 per annum, with excellent bonus opportunities based on performance and business generated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial insurance sector utilising leads.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and expert advice.
• Manage client accounts for the first 12 months, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Collaborate with the renewals team to ensure a seamless handover of accounts.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the brokerage.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in the commercial insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and market trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
