ABOUT THE ROLE

As a implementation manager you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of various sized, managed service programmes (MSP), which include the solutions such as Employee and Agency of Record (EoR & AoR), with both new and existing clients.

You will also be responsible for building scoping, estimating, and completing complex, multi-line implementation projects whilst maintaining productive working relationships between multiple business units, senior leaders, and stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement new technologies, projects, and programmes across MSP solutions.
• Lead transition projects from discovery through to launch ensuring a smooth handover to account management teams.
• Ownership of entire project life cycle for all phases ensuring seamless delivery
• Leverage existing client relationships from our contingent business to maturate these relationships with the view to developing them further to MSP.
• Create and own project plans taking ownership of deliverables and completion of workstreams
• Resource identification, from project, stakeholders through to users across legal, finance, compliance, IT, procurement, and HR both internal and external
• Manage stakeholders and communications to ensure appropriate engagement, support, and visibility at all levels
• Track progress and act as liaison between various stakeholders to deliver project on time and to budget
• Analyse project risks and opportunities ensuring any potential impacts are identified and managed
• Participate in gate reviews, and address actions arising from these
• Prepare highlight reports for presentation to senior management
• Deliver consulting practices of all the corresponding elements that make up successful implementation projects.
• Preparation of rate cards to enable build into VMS tools
• System build and system testing
• Lead supplier kick off calls, onboarding and supplier set up
• Deliver training to stakeholders and users of new and existing programme

YOU

• Proven current experience as an Implementation Manager or Project Manager.
• Understanding of MSP solutions preferably within the EoR and AoR industry.
• Skilled in standard Project Management Principles including Scope Management, Schedule Management, Cost Management, Issue Management, Risk Management, Quality Management, Communication Management and Contract Management.
• Hold excellent organisational and time management skills for conducting analysis and scoping activities across multiple prospects.
• Process focused ensuring that approved methods, processes, procedures, and tools are consistently followed and used.
• Appetite to succeed and enhance solutions providing the best of the best in service delivery.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

• Knowledge of MSP is a must andVMS knowledge (i.e.) Beeline, Fieldglass, Workday
• Strong track-record of implementing projects and Strong knowledge of Contingent Labour and Talent Acquisitions industry
• Understanding of key recruitment techniques and tools
• Proven track-record with projects, problem-solving and business analysis and Proven ability to work in a fast pace and adverse environment.
• Comfort in interacting and presenting to executive leadership (both internal and external)
• Strong verbal and presentation skills (position can be client-facing) and Ability to meet tight deadlines and work with little guidance
