Working within our newly created Regional Sales Hub within Mercure Maidstone Hotel, you will be responsible for driving Meetings revenue into the hotels.
Supervising and working together as part of a small proactive sales team, you will manage conference and meeting bookings from enquiry to conversion to meet set targets and KPI’s.
Your ability to build customer relationships, both new and existing, to understand their needs and ensure these are met are vital to maximising all revenue opportunities.
As Hub Sales Supervisor, you will assist in training and developing the Hub Executives and support the Hub Manager in running the day to day duties.
Previous experience of supervising a proactive sales team within a Hotel environment is preferred.
