HR Manager
Slinfold, Horsham, West Sussex
Part time, minimum 20 hours per week (flexible start/finish times, across 3-4 days)
£40,000 – £45,000 per annum, pro rata

The Position:
We are looking for an HR Manager to provide comprehensive and professional HR services to both FC Lane Electronics Ltd and Weald Electronics Ltd. This stand-alone role involves working independently and reporting directly to the Managing Director. You’ll be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, ensuring best practices in employment, recruitment, training and development, benefits and employee relations.
