Location: Aldridge, Walsall

Salary: Up to 30,000

Working Hours: 35 hour working week & onsite full time Full time permanent contract

Responsibilities Included:

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations to support the department’s growth and efficiency.
• Facilitate a smooth handover process by working closely with the outgoing HR Admin.
• Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements.

Skills and Attributes:

• Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
