Housing Administrative Assistant

A Housing association is currently looking for a number of Housing Administrative Assistants to join theit team!

3 months+ Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm 2 days in the office

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Liaising directly with residents and providing them with a great service through your interactions with them.
• Assist with new build handover admin tasks for External Managing Agent department
• Support Property Managers and Housing Officers in their day-to-day tasks,
• Assist with tenancy reviews due on deadline to convert fix term/probationary tenancies into full assured tenancies
• Assist with new build handover admin tasks from our delivery team into EMA team

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION:

• Must have customer service experience and excellent communication skills.
• IT skills necessary to undertake administrative
• Must be immediately available or on short notice.
