Title: Healthcare Assistant

Salary: £19,899 Per Annum + Paid Handover + Excellent Benefits

Location: Burton Upon Trent, Staffordshire

Hours: Full Time – Days Shifts: 33.45 Hours

HCR has partnered with a well-established dedicated care provider who cares for elderly residents around the clock. We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join their restful, snug Nursing Home.

They are looking for a Healthcare Assistant to join their comforting and homely furnished care home, where they promote and encourage independent living, providing a level of support in everyday tasks to achieve and maintain a level of independence for their residents.

The Healthcare Assistant must be naturally caring,compassionate and have a passion for working with the elderly.

Healthcare Assistant Duties:

• To provide safe care
• Accurately documenting records and updating care plans
• The Healthcare Assistant must give a clear and precise handover report daily
• Must have excellent communication skills, empathy, and understanding of person-centred care

Healthcare Assistant requirements:

• The Healthcare Assistant must have experience working with the elderly
• The Healthcare Assistant will NOT require sponsorship
• The Healthcare Assistant will have experience working in Nursing Homes
