Join our client, a dynamic and expanding organisation based in Andover, as their new Health, Safety & Quality Administrator. If you have a passion for health, safety, and quality, along with great attention to detail, this could be the perfect role for you!
– Monday – Friday 8:30-5:00
– Up to £32k DOE
– Full time, Permanent role
Responsibilities:
Maintain organisational compliance to a range of health and safety regulations, including COSHH, RoHS, REACH, WEEE, RIDDOR, and PPE.
Write up and maintain risk assessments and method statements.
Keep up to date with regulatory changes and initiate necessary adjustments for continued compliance.
Manage accident reporting and maintain records.
Oversee fire safety measures and related records.
Assist with quality system, compliance, and facilities tasks as directed by your manager.
Monitor and regulate the internal e-learning system.
Desirable requirements:
Possess NEBOSH or IOSH qualifications or be studying towards them.
Exhibit problem-solving skills and the ability to create effective solutions.
Strong administrative and organisational skills
IT Proficient including MS Office
