Role of a HCA

They pride themselves on creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents can live with dignity and receive personalized care.

Requirements

• Assisting residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, etc.).
• Supporting residents with mobility and encouraging independence.
• Assisting with mealtimes and ensuring dietary requirements are met.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Helping with medication under supervision.
• Maintaining accurate care records and communicating with the nursing team.
• Ensuring the resident’s environment is clean, safe, and comfortable.
