We have partnered with an established organisation, who are looking to recruit an industry leading to lead a dedicated team to ensuring homes are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with all regulations. As the Head of Compliance, you ll drive excellence in service delivery, oversee vital safety protocols, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Your experience within a leadership role will be crucial in managing responsive repairs, maintenance, and compliance. You ll inspire your team to deliver top-tier service, ensuring all contracts meet legal standards and provide value for money. By focusing on safety and resident satisfaction, you’ll help create a secure and welcoming environment for all.

Key responsibilities:

• Inspire and Lead – Motivate your team to excel in delivering outstanding maintenance and safety services.
• Ensure Compliance – Oversee all service contracts to meet legal and safety standards.
• Drive Improvement – Continuously improve processes and customer satisfaction, reporting progress to the Executive Team.
• Strategic Oversight – Manage projects and lead the direct labour force.
• Promote Safety – Embed a culture where safety is a shared responsibility.
• Budget Management – Create and manage budgets to support their operational goals.
• Sustainability Focus – Encourage sustainable practices in all repair and maintenance activities.

The successful applicant will possess:

• Leadership and team management skills
• Experience in building and embedding a safety culture
• Experience in managing contractual relationships and budgets
• Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements
• Technical competence in all areas of compliance
• Proven track record in delivering regulated services
