If you want a look into the role read below for a testament from one of our Sales Executives, Stacey:
“Making the move to AXA Global Healthcare 3 years ago was the best thing I have done! Going from a previous sales role to being a sales consultant for AXA, I soon learned that if you can sell, you can sell anything! (Of course once you have had the dedicated training!) . The colleagues are welcoming and make you feel part of the team from day one. They’re supportive and happy to help wherever they can, no question is silly, I learned this after asking many. You’re rewarded for the hard work you put in with a very generous commission scheme, compared to where I previously worked with commission, it was very eye opening when I joined to find out what the potential earnings could be and definitely are! I enjoy the role and speaking to customers all in very dissimilar situations, meaning the conversations are different each day and you can support & guide customers with various needs/wants for Private Medical Insurance. You won’t regret the move to AXA, being a well-known company with other great staff benefits, it’s a great place to work!”
