We’re currently recruiting a dedicated Facilities Cleaning Manager to ensure the smooth running of the cleaning operations in Healthcare on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management: Ensure the overall efficient and effective management of the contract, delivering high-quality and consistent cleaning services across all areas.
• Client Relationships: Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Planning: Smoothly plan and allocate resources to deliver first-class service to clients and customers.
• Team Leadership: Manage, recruit, develop, and train team members to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Compliance: Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Financial Management: Deliver on the agreed financial budget, managing the operation commercially in line with net income and cost targets.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
• Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to liaise effectively with colleagues, customers, and clients at all levels.
• Results-Oriented: Quality and process-driven with a focus on delivering results.
• Compliance: Knowledgeable and compliant with company policies and procedures in line with client agreements.
• IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Email.
