We are currently seeking a dedicated Finance Assistant to join our team on an ongoing temporary basis. This role is based in the vibrant town of Folkestone and offers a competitive salary. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our finance department with a variety of tasks, ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations within our client’s organisation.
Finance Assistant Day-to-day of the role:
Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
Processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable.
Reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies.
Assisting with budget preparation and expense management.
Handling petty cash transactions and maintaining accurate records.
Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
