An exciting new Estimator opportunity is now available to join a growing residential new build division within a well established principal contractor. Salary depending on experience 40k-60k

Key Skills

The successful candidates will have hands on Estimator background in the New Build Residential, main contractor sector.

The successful applicant will be computer literate with sound mathematical, communication and presentation skills.

Experience of working as a Estimator and be competent in undertaking all aspects of the role.

The ability to negotiate with clients, suppliers and subcontractors is a pre-requisite.

Reviewing Tender information Carrying out Takeoffs using OnCentre measurement software Producing Tender submissions Attending Meetings with Clients to discuss and negotiate tender submissions Prepare handover packs for post contract teams
