Estimator/Manager – Heathrow

We are looking for Site Manager / Estimator to work with our client at Heathrow Airport. They’re looking former tradesman with experience in maintenance who has aspirations to progress into construction management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for pricing any works identified by the Client, organising the required resource to complete the works, and seeing the works through to completion and handover to the Client.

Key Points:

• Resource: 1 x Manager / Estimator
• Job Location: Heathrow Airside
• Start Date: Immediate
• Day Shift
• Site Hours: 08:00 – 17:00
• Duration: Permanent
• Salary: £40k – £45k
• Training Requirements: CSCS (Blue) – Additional training will be given for role.

Employment Requirements

• Five years of continuous work references, to enable you to get an airside security pass.
• Must have clean Criminal Record Check
