ESTIMATOR – Fit Out

The Basics

• Location: Maidstone with occasional travel to sites
• Salary: c£50,000 to £55,000 + Car/Car Allowance
• Sector: Working within the Fit Out and Refurbishment Sector as part of the Estimating Team

Estimator – Fit Out Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out site visits to carry out surveys and complete quotations
• Meeting clients on site to gather the necessary information needed to provide accurate quotations
• Carry out research on materials and labour to establish the best price
• Review technical documents where necessary and gather information on any relevant industry legislation or QHSE issues that may arise
• Plan out job timescales
• Assist with bids and tender applications where required
• Monitor the progress of existing projects to ensure they are staying on budget

Estimator – Fit Out Skills & Experience

• 3+ Years in a similar role; Estimating/Quotations etc
• Good working knowledge of the Construction & FM/Maintenance Sector
• Experience working with estimating software
• Strong head for numbers and strong organisational skills
• Full UK Drivers Licence

Estimator – Fit Out Salary & Package

• Salary to c£50,000 to £55,000 + Car Allowance (Open to negotiation)
