Salter Grange is hiring an Electrical Project Manager for Mixed-Use Development in Central London for a leading MEP Engineering Contractor renowned for investing in its staff and providing significant career development opportunities on the UK’s most high-profile construction projects.

This iconic commercial building, with an estimated MEP build value of 75m, is in the heart of central London.

The Project is set to create a unique multi-purpose destination, offering top-tier office spaces, government facilities with picturesque terraces, and facilities designed to enhance the health and well-being of its occupants.

With a handover date set for 2027, this project promises to be a significant milestone in the career of an ambitious Electrical Project Manager.

Electrical ProjectManager:

• Experience running minimum significant Electrical Packages from early precosnturction
• Ideally 5+ years experience as a Electrical Lead/Project Manager
• Ideally a great understanding of M&E and excellent knowledge of delivering a project from start to finish
• Possess a degree qualification in electrical engineering and are a member of a professional body such as CIBSE or the IET.
• Consideration will also be given to candidates with other Building Services HND-level qualifications
• A sufficient level of digital proficiency and current technologies and tools
• Capable of building long-lasting client relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be experienced in leading cohesive and motivated teams focusing on achieving project success
