Our client, a reputable and established building services company of 41 years is looking for an Electrical Project Manager. The office is based on the Kent/Sussex border.
Projects Location: London and Home Counties (some projects National)
Salary: Negotiable experience dependant, with Quarterly Productivity Bonus (based on a% of individual & entire department job profits), own Car with mileage allowance for work related journeys.
Reporting to the Managing Director but working for Contracts Directors.
The Electrical Project Manager will:
Ensure successful execution and completion of the Electrical Installation Projects ranging in size from 50k – 2m. Usually several concurrently,
Meeting defined timescales,
Ensuring quality standards and commercial objectives while maintaining excellent working relationships with our established clients.
Pricing of projects (training given)
Electrical design
Technical submissions
Project reporting to clients
Overseeing site team
Managing project finances
Appropriately qualified, the successful candidate will have experience at similar level in the building services industry. He/she will normally live within 60 minutes commuting time from our purpose built wholly owned Tunbridge Wells office, where he/she will be based, and be willing to travel reasonable distances to visit sites by train or car. He/she will be willing and able to approach our well-established customer base to initiate future enquiries and projects. The position maybe immediately available.
