Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team as a Duty Bookings Administrator for an immediate start.
This role is temporary with a minimum of 6-8 weeks, however, for the right candidate this could turn into a permanent position.
Location of this position is an 8 minute walk from Canterbury East Station!
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Booking shifts for workers
Liaising with clients
Uploading data onto company CRM system
Handling email correspondence
The successful candidate will have previous experience within an Administrative position, good attention to detail, great communication skills and be pro-active.
Hours: The site is open Monday to Friday 06:30 – 20:30 and they are looking for a full time member of staff. Hours can be flexible to you and longer hours, if wanted, can be requested.
Salary: 12.50 p/hour
