Ductwork and Ventilation Project Manager

Based in Guilodford, Surrey

The organisation specialises in the installation and maintenance of ductwork and ventilation systems in commercial buildings throughout the South of England. Mainly working in office blocks and commercial kitchens.

They are currently looking for a ductwork and ventilation project manager to manage the whole process from initially quoting for the work and advising the client all the way through to completion and handover. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial side, predominantly office fit outs. This is mainly upgrade works or replacing old systems in their entirety. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing the layout of the new systems.

The role if office based in Guildford, Surrey however you will be spending a large amount of the working week on site and visiting clients.

Main Criteria:

• Experience in a similar role within the industry
• Wide breath of knowledge within the HVAC industry
• Need to be adaptable as you will be running a variety of different projects with different values and requirements at any one time
• No formal qualifications are required but you will need to be doing a similar role currently or would have done so previously
